My experience in the family room was frustrating due to unclear bed arrangements. we were supposed to accommodate six adults but ended up with a room that had only two beds. This situation forced us to downgrade to a smaller and less desirable room , especially since we had planned our stay for a special occasion. the hotel lacked practical amenities like tea-making facilities, which should be standard in any decent accommodation.

The ski locker room was excellently organized, making it easy to prepare for days on the slopes. The staff provided personalized dining options, ensuring a delightful culinary experience throughout our stay.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center and close to the slopes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to help, making my stay more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options including fresh fruit and vegan choices, which made for a great start to my day. I also appreciated the well-organized ski locker room, which made preparing for skiing effortless.

The room felt somewhat cramped for a solo traveler especially with bulky luggage.

The Schweizerhof offers a fantastic experience, being ideally located just steps from the Hahnenkamm ski lift and a short walk to the town center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Meals, including snacks, were abundantly delicious, showcasing high-quality culinary offerings. The room was clean, well-maintained, and featured a spacious bathroom. The wellness area, complete with a lovely spa, provided the perfect space for relaxation after a long day of work.

A Wonderful Family Escape!

We had a lovely 5-night stay in a spacious family room. Tip, Request a kettle ahead of time! Perfectly located near the slopes for ski enthusiasts.

Breakfast was a feast! Fresh pastries and local delicacies set the tone for a great day. Plus, the ski locker room was impressively organized, making mornings a breeze. The staff were attentive, especially Simon, who made our stay delightful!

The double room felt a bit cramped, especially with bulky luggage, and the bathroom could use a touch-up. Plus, I would've loved a kettle for those early-morning brews!
